Globe valve, renewable seat, full portBonnet construction: Bolted · Flow port: Full port · Body and bonnet: ASTM A105N forged steel · Seat: Renewable, Z12CF13 stainless steel · Disc: Z20C13 / ASTM A276 Gr.420 · Stem: Z12CF13 stainless steel · Packing: Graphite · End connections: Threaded ASME B1.20.1 or socket-weld ASME B16.11 · Operation: Manual handwheel · Pressure class: Class 800 · Nominal size range: NPS 1/4–2 · Bonnet gasket: Stainless steel and graphiteFull-port globe valve with a renewable seat and bolted bonnet. The construction uses an ASTM A105N forged body and bonnet, Z20C13 disc, and Z12CF13 seat and stem. A renewable seat is combined with a stainless-steel/graphite bonnet gasket and graphite stem packing. Manual handwheel operation and threaded or socket-weld ends are provided for this configuration, covering nominal sizes from one-quarter to two inches.
Globe valve, hard-faced seat, bolted bonnetBonnet construction: Bolted · Flow port: Standard · Body and bonnet: ASTM A105N forged steel · Seat: Integral, Stellite hard-facing · Disc: Z20C13 / ASTM A276 Gr.420 · Stem: Z12CF13 stainless steel · Packing: Graphite · End connections: Threaded ASME B1.20.1 or socket-weld ASME B16.11 · Operation: Manual handwheel · Bonnet gasket: Stainless steel and graphite · Nominal size range: NPS 1/2–2Forged globe valve with an integral Stellite-hard-faced seat, bolted bonnet and standard flow port. The body and bonnet are ASTM A105N, the disc is Z20C13 and the stem is Z12CF13. The hard-faced seat is the distinguishing feature of this version. Stainless steel and graphite seal the bonnet joint, while graphite packing seals the stem. A manual handwheel operates the valve, with threaded or socket-weld pipeline connections.
Globe valve, hard-faced seat, welded bonnetBonnet construction: Welded · Flow port: Full port · Body and bonnet: ASTM A105N forged steel · Seat: Integral, Stellite hard-facing · Disc: Z20C13 / ASTM A276 Gr.420 · Stem: Z12CF13 stainless steel · Packing: Graphite · End connections: Threaded ASME B1.20.1 or socket-weld ASME B16.11 · Operation: Manual handwheel · Nominal size range: NPS 1/4–2 · Alternative port arrangement: Separately specified standard boreForged globe valve with a welded bonnet, integral Stellite-hard-faced seat and full flow port. This arrangement combines an ASTM A105N body and bonnet with a Z20C13 disc, Z12CF13 stem and graphite packing. A handwheel provides manual operation. Threaded or socket-weld ends and nominal sizes from one-quarter to two inches define the connection arrangement. A standard-bore arrangement is a separately specified configuration.
Forged steel flanged globe valvePipeline connection: Flanged · Flanged-series classes: Class 150 / 300 / 600 · Series nominal size range: DN 10–50 / NPS 3/8–2 · Closure member: Axially moving disc · Flow pattern: Globe pattern with a diverted internal flow path · Bonnet construction: Bolted · Operation: Manual handwheelForged-steel globe valve with flanged ends, an axially moving disc and manual handwheel. Stem movement brings the disc towards the internal seat, with a diverted flow path through the body. A bolted bonnet supports the stem and sealing assembly. Class 150, 300 and 600 arrangements are included in the flanged series. Nominal size DN10 to DN50, connection class and face-to-face length form a coordinated installation specification.
Cast steel globe valveClosure type: Axially moving disc · Body and bonnet options: ASTM A216 WCB / A352 LCB / A352 LC3 / A217 WC6 / A217 C5 · Trim options: 13% Cr, F304/F316, Stellite hard-facing · Packing: Two braided-graphite rings and expanded-graphite rings · Operation: Steel or ductile-iron handwheel · Design standard: BS 1873 · Face-to-face standard: ASME B16.10 · Flanged connection: RF / ASME B16.5Cast-steel globe valve with an axially moving disc, bonnet and handwheel operation. Body and bonnet options include WCB carbon steel, LCB and LC3 low-temperature steels, and WC6 and C5 alloy steels. Disc, seat, stem and back-seat arrangements use 13% chromium or F304/F316 stainless-steel trim, with Stellite-hard-faced trim options. Packing combines two braided-graphite rings with expanded-graphite rings. The RF flanged configuration uses ASME B16.10 face-to-face dimensions and ASME B16.5 flanges.
Globe valve with ring-joint flangesValve type: Globe · Pipeline connection: Ring-joint flanges, RJ · Flange sealing: Ring seated in flange grooves · Flange standard: ASME B16.5 · Nominal size range: DN 50–300 / NPS 2–12 · Disc movement: Axial, stem and handwheel operatedGlobe valve with ring-joint flanges and an axially moving disc. A ring seated in the flange grooves seals the pipeline interface, while the stem and handwheel move the disc towards the internal seat. The flange connection is defined with ASME B16.5. The dimensional series spans DN50 to DN300, equivalent to NPS2 to NPS12. Ring configuration, flange class and installation length must be matched to the pipeline interface.
Globe valve with butt-welding endsValve type: Globe · Pipeline connection: Butt-weld, BW · End preparation: Bevelled · End standard: ASME B16.9 · Nominal sizes: DN 50 / 80 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 · Operation: Stem and manual handwheelGlobe valve with two bevelled ends for butt-weld connection. Axial movement of the disc within the globe-pattern body opens or closes the passage, with operation transmitted through the stem and handwheel. The welded ends connect the body directly to the pipe sections. The end arrangement is specified with ASME B16.9. Nominal sizes in this arrangement include DN50, DN80, DN100, DN150, DN200, DN250 and DN300.
Pressure-seal bonnet globe valveValve type: Globe · Bonnet: Pressure seal · Operating arrangement: HandwheelThe pressure-seal globe valve uses a pressure-sealing bonnet construction. Its sectional arrangement places the stem and bonnet assembly above the flow chamber, with a handwheel operating the closure member. This special bonnet arrangement is distinct from a bolted-bonnet globe valve. Specify the material, line connections and pressure-temperature envelope for the pressure-seal configuration itself.
